Terrisa's Story
After graduation, I took a few years off before putting myself through the University of Southern California where I majored in Finance, with a minor in International Finance and Business Communication. I studied in Europe 2 times, the first in Art Appreciation, and the second time through USC's IBEAR program in International Business and Comparative Management between the United States and Europe. an economic situation at the time. I worked as a foreign currency consultant with the spot market and later as a Corporate Finance Manager for a business bank. I served 3 terms as a representative to the Finnish Expatriate Parliament where I served on the Citizenship and Finance Committees. I've been a President of a couple of Foundations and even headed over the operations of a folk art museum. Today, I'm in transition where I'm taking it a bit easy and working as a teacher at the elementary to high school levels and tutoring university students in managerial science and quantitative analysis. I enjoy visiting family and friend every summer in Europe.
