Terry's Story
If anyone can tell me what happened to Roy Spencer from san benito hs, pls send me a mail. He isn't on the school roster. TYTY
I started hs at marysville, but transferred to wheatland my freshman yr. Early 1975 i transferred to san benito hs in hollister. Funny thing is that the marysville band came to san benito hs for some reason. Another funny thing is that very soon after i got to san benito hs, we were on the bus to go golfing for p.e. and a name was called out. I turned and looked, and it was a guy from my 6th grade science class at yuba gardens middle school in olivehurst. I went to sr prom with him. Turned out he was the best kisser ever. He died around age 24 or maybe younger. Fell out of a tree and broke his neck.
Tommy Douglas is on our school roster, but i cant find him in the yearbooks. He was my neighbor. He jumped from the falls near beale and broke his neck. He was the first person i ever knew who died.
I'm about 62 in the now photo and 16 in the then photo.
u.S. Navy from 75-81 (enlisted before graduation, but had to wait since females could only make up 12.5% of the active duty forces at that time), departing with rank of E-5. Married Edward, 2.5 months after we met. Still married (49+ yrs). 3 sons, 5 granddaughters, 3 grandsons. Have lived in NJ, ...Expand for more

Tried out for a women's semi pro football team in PA when I was 50. Injured my knee during tryouts, so there went my semi-pro career :PP Hope to go skydiving soon. Not at all fond of heights, so I'm still getting my courage up for that. Also hope to take race car lessons since i really loved driving that nascar at 150 mph :). Add formula 1 race car to that. The form 1 felt a little flimsy to me, and you drive in center of the seat. Much preferred the nascar. :) update: I have developed vertigo, so I don't think I will be driving a race car again anytime soon, as I think that could be dangerous, and I would not be the only one on the track. Dropping out of a perfectly good plane is still on the table. :)
Had a good time shooting an army machine gun and driving a tank over cars in n. georgia. gonna have to find those pics.
Homeschooled my sons long before it was the in-thing to do. In those days, maybe 20,000 kids were being homeschooled. No internet or online schools. In fact, I had to hide what I was doing. Hey, I'm a pioneer. :)
Saved, delivered and healing. TY Jesus.
