ok , been married to my man for almost 39 years this march. what a life we have had. lots of challenging stuff has happen , we learned and grew from all of them, I think staying married and in love this long, is that you need a sense of humor at the times it is needed. 5 kids 10 granchildren, none live near by. guess we raised them to be too independent. we have the internet though. all of them are doing good in thier lives, we live modestly, a mobile near the lake,we fish , we camp, w...Expand for more
e travel short trips to play. we own our mobile outright. figured out we dont need much in life to enjoy it.we still have challenges in life,we went through 2 deployments since 9/11 he is retired as of 10/09 he still works cilvillian job , 4 days a week. I had a cancer scare , full mastecomy in oct 09. all gone .I am a survivor of that challenge. life is good, we live it .husband still looks at me like the way he did when we were very young in our lives, still chases me , I love our life.
