Life Hi! Well... it's me Terry. I hope some of you will read this and contact me. Humm? Where do I begin? After High School I took off to Oregon to go to a two year Christian College called Icthus. I studied the bible, grew in the Lord and came back to good old Cali 2 and half years later. Pretty much from the age of 21 to 28 I held a job at St. Mary's and continued ministering in the churches I attended here in the desert. I taught bible studies and led worship. I accepted Christ in 11th grade and he has been my very best friend even to this day. At 28 I married Joseph and we have just passed our 20th anniversary. At that time I inherited his two sons, Noah who is now 29 and Israel who is 27. Israel just had a son by his fiance in January and we named him Isaac Joseph Atkins. So now I am a grand mother of two. Brianna is 10 years old and she is the daughter of my son Noah. I say sons instead of step-sons because we have been through a lot and are still going through a lot and we are very tight. They truly are a part of me. I became pregnant right away with David so my plate was really full. I decided to not work for the first five years of his life. Yes, financially it was difficult but the rewards for all the children paid off. Eventually I started back up in the job market and held variuos part-time positions until I was hired on 9 years ago at the Lewis Center also known as the Academy for Academic Excellence.
