Terry's Story
Hello!
Just discovered this website - good way to keep in touch!
I'm currently living in Québec City up in Canada - but only temporarily. We've been here since Jan 08 enjoying winter, learning French and lots of festivals, etc. It's an amazing city (hard to believe I never knew about it when we lived in Michigan, as it's pretty close). At the end of March 09 we go back home to Australia.
After High School, I went to Michigan State, did an exchange at the Uni of Stockholm in Sweden and then just started moving around. Lived in Austin, Tucson and San Francisco. Met my husband there and got married. We then too...Expand for more
k 'early retirement' from IBM in 1992 and travelled the world - drove through the US and Canada, Japan, Asia and ended up in Adelaide, South Australia. We've been living there now for 17 years. We've got 2 kids - Carolyn is 13 and we adopted Tyler from the Thai Red Cross Children's Home in Bangkok (he's 11). The kids have also done alot of travelling.
I've got my own consulting business that operates in Australia (but I'm able to work via the internet here in Québec). Howard will find a new job again when we return.
