Terry's Story
Life
I went to Beaver Local in 6th grade,it was one of my very favorite schools. We moved so much before I came to Howland I went to a total of 19 yes 19 different schools. When I got to Howland in 9th grade and stayed there 15months my family again was moving but I said "enough" and arranged to live with a family for the next 2 years until I graduated (married a Howland grad {Corky Johnston}+ both our children graduated from Howland). ctive in the Union (AFSCME Local 2804)as Secretary, Vice-President and Grievance Chair Person. I am very politically active and the Union has been very good to me and my family. Corky and I amicably divorced in the '90's but remain friends. ***at a 6th grade party a group of us gathered and sang "The Wanderer" and danced but the parents +/or teachers didn't want us to, good memory. I'VE NEVER STOPPED DANCING!I have my first grandchild a little girl now 21months she and I dance and go to swim class this is heaven!!
