Terry's Story

Life UPDATED 11/14 - Now happily married for 36 years to the same wonderful woman, Louise! Our family is growing. Our twin daughters each gave us a grandson and a granddaughter. In March, we will welcome #5. Our son, Brendan is also doing well. We are hoping to have a daughter-in-law soon. Right now, he is enjoying his "uncle status." I transitioned into senior healthcare for 6 years and am now semi-retired. I am not ready for a full time life of leisure yet but I can see those retirement goalposts closing in. Hobbies include golf, travel and of course, family. For pictures or footnotes, check out facebook. Yes, that is me...a bit more grey in the hair and a few pounds heavier but happy with the hand dealt. All the best! Terry 3/06 - For anyone interested...my life is good. d. I had a 27 yr career with Northwest Airlines in sales & sales management which afforded me the opportunity to travel to places far and wide. Due to the state of the airline industry, I was recently downsized. Looking back though, it was time to leave anyway and in many respects, I am better off than the far fewer survivors. My present position is Manager, Product Development & Groups in the travel division of AAA Southern New England, one of the largest AAA organizations in the country. While I have lived almost my entire working life in the travel industry, I was mostly working in corporate sales. My customers now are Royal Caribbean, Disney, Universal Parks and Resorts etc...all leisure. What I am doing now is completely different although in the same industry. It is a challenge and I feel fortunate to have the opportunity. I had a good time at St. Ben's and made many friends there. Of course like everyone, I'd like the chance to do it over again. Be a better student, ask that girl I had a crush on to dance and take advantage of everything Ben's had to offer. So it goes. As I said, my life is good. Thank you for reading my story and the very best to you and yours. Terry
