Terry's Story
I graduated from the University of Oregon, where I majored in history and met my husband. Married since 1977, we live in northern California. Our son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughters live nearby; our daughter recently moved back to California to join the family business.

n the Board of Directors of Romance Writers of America and was the organization's president in 2014.
After several years teaching various subjects at a small, private high school, I earned a master's degree in English and taught writing courses at a local university. Although I no longer work in the classroom, I enjoy traveling throughout the country and abroad, presenting writing workshops. I've spoken at writers' conferences and events in California, Oregon, Washington, Missouri, Maine, Colorado, Georgia, Texas, Australia, and New Zealand.
