Terry's Story
Life
After traveling and living in several states upon graduation, I settled in Florida to be near family. After working at Walt Disney World in Orlando for two years (ran into our classmate Barbara Millard there!), I have been living in Gainesville since 1978 and have been a member of the Library staff at the Univ. of FL. School of Law for the past 26 years.
Upon completion of several years of extensive study with three traditional teachers, I was certified a Reiki Master/Teacher in 1997 and have been teaching this Japanese Healing art since that time. I am the owner and director of my ow...Expand for more

I am currently president of the Florida Health Freedom Coalition, a non-profit organization created to educate Floridians about the Consumer Health Freedom Bill. Our Bill would allow practitioners of Complementary Therapies to practice in Florida without unnecessary licensure. Outside of work and my school and play, this keeps me very busy.
Thus far, life has had it's ups and downs but I am headed in the right directions and love what I am doing.
I am single, never married. Have lived with the same companion for 34 years.
