My Spouse
I was helping his sister with his children over their spring break visit. (He was a divorced father of four and needed a little help with his children.)During that week, in 1975 I fell in love with him. He was, and still is today, the kindest and most generous, giving person I had/have ever known.

My Job
I am a Self-employed Personal Trainer/ Fitness Consultant. I work with individuals in their home, on site & in my private studio( which is in my home). I contract with a few of the local companies to provide employees with Fitness Assessments, Fitness Programs and Post-rehab/injury follow-up.
