w hotels as a manager in Arizona and was a night manager of the Sheraton hotel in the tech center. I had aortic bypass surgery in 2000 and was told all was good, 5 years later it was infected. When the docs opened me to remove the infected graft, became septic and was in a coma for 2 months, on dialysis and lost a kidney. Have had aortic bypass 4 times now using bigger grafts moving from one side to the other. I lost all the feeling in both legs from knee down. I had nurses teach me how to walk without feeling the ground and as of today not any better. No running, spend a lot of time in my pool in the back yard in Arizona. Now cant officiate, thinking about trying coaching, and now am a cashier for krogers grocery store, in Arizona its Fry's and in Colorado its King Soopers. I have had the death certificate brought out 3 or 4 times but feel blessed that I am still here. Have a total new look on life. Have two kids, one graduates from Metro and is working on being a teacher and is a high school football coach. That is my son Patrick. My daughter is in her 6th week of basic training in the army, and loving it very much. Shooting machine guns and throwing hand grenades. Will be a MP after basic and MP school. So that is me up to the moment. Now am trying to find some classmates from Our Lady of Lourdes. Mullen High and freinds that went to St Francis high, and Cathedral.
