Life It has been a while since graduation and a lot has changed. I departed SJHS and went into a tech school for data processing, worked at Kanawha Valley Bank and then the Charleston Police Dept for 10 years. After he PD I accepted a job with the Army at Ft Monroe, VA teaching people about computers. We moved (Anne and I - still together) to Elizabethtown, KY where I worked at a Regional Data Center and then it was off to Tokyo, Japan for 5 years as the Dep Dir of Infor Mgmt. Upon return to the US I was at the Military Traffic Management Command for 1 year, 6 years as the Director of Info Mgt at Fts Myer/McNair, and I was Chief of Enterprise Plans and Quality Management for the National Capital Region Director of Infomration Management which covers Forts Hamilton in NY, Meade in Maryland, McNair in DC, Myer in VA, Belvoir in VA and AP Hill in VA as well as other agencies. I have retired and we purchased the old Baile's house on Elmore St on the top of Hillsdale. Anne and I have been together since graduation (1968) and have 3 children and 8 grand children 7 living and unfortunately for us but a blessing to the Lord we had 1 grandson who went home to be with the Lord this year. I graduated from WVSC in 1977, from the National Defense Univ. in 1998, Command and General Staff College in 1987, Army Mgmt Staff College in 1994 and in December 2000 with a Masters of Science - Information Resources Management from Syracuse Univiversity. I am now teaching basic computer classes to seniors at the So Chas Comm Cntr and the East End Family Resources Center 2 days a week for 5 weeks about 8 a year. I am also a Drivers Safety Program instructor for AARP. In my spare time I work on PCs and provide individual lessons. I went back to work with the United Way as the Assoc Dir of the Retired Senior Volunteer Program and am loving it. I get to visit senior centers, non=profit programs ans such to see the volunteers at work. Since updating sometime ago I have now been called to serve a church fulltime. For the past 6 years I attended Course of Study School of Ohio at Methodist Theological Seminary and served Bruce McDonald Mem UMC in Man, WV.
