Tessa's Story
Life
Let's see, well after graduation I moved to Seattle and went to University of WA for four great years where I attended a lot of football games, met a lot of new friends and was in ROTC. I got my BA in Criminal Justice and then went into the Marine Corps which took me out to the east coast in NC and then at the Pentagon in Virginia. I met my husband while in the Marine Corps, he was a marine too and after we both got out we decided to stay out here in VA.
We were married in August of 2003 back in WA and bought a house in Alexandria, VA where we live with our mastiff and three cats...I also volunteer f...Expand for more
or SPCA so we have foster animals sometimes too.
We spend a lot of time traveling whether it's to other countries or roadtrips as the East coast is a great place to explore, not to mention we travel back to Seattle to see my family and Denver to see his quite a bit too!
I currently work for a consulting firm out of Annapolis, MD as a Financial Management Systems trainer (basically an accounting software teacher) and love it as I get to travel a lot for work and find it challenging.
We may relocate back to the West coast someday...but for now really love living so close to DC and all it has to offer!
