Theresa's Story

Life I live within 45 minutes of Rehoboth Beach, DE where I have been now since 1998. I have two girls, Shannon who will be turning 22 soon and Ashley who will be 19. Shannon has finished college in the Hotel Restaurant Management field and will actualy graduate in May. She has started working for J B Dawson's out of PA about one month ago. Although currently in training she will be managing the new J B Dawson's in Christiana DE when it opens in October. As for Ashley she is currently going to college for communications. I think she would do just great working for a magazine or even in films. She also plans on taking culinary classes as she loves to cook and has such a flare for it. As for me, I have been working in a nursing care facility for the past 13 years as the director of medical records. ng occupational therapy assistant. I just hate to sit idle for too long. I worked in the clerical field for a while out of high school and secretarial school. I decided I wanted out of Carmel and joined the U.S. Army where I was active for 4 years and active reserve for 2 more. I spent 7 years at the best job ever, an at home mom between Ft. Stewart, GA and Newburgh, NY and now down in DE. My how time does fly, it seems as though it was a whole life time ago that we were all attending school at CHS and then hanging out at the Briar Patch. I loved being stationed in Bad Kreuznach and visiting it's surrounding areas. Then when my beautiful girls came along, well there is nothing I would change about them, I love them with every fiber of my being. My heartbreak was loosing my dad in January of 2006, how I miss him. I do still enjoy spending a lot of time with my mom. Family makes life great no matter how big or small. I hope that life is great for all of you too!
