Theresa's Story
Life
I have achieved a whole lot more than I ever thought I would. A job I like going to, a son and daughter I'm very proud of, and a husband I adore. Thought I was all settled in the midwest but packed up in 2004 and moved again. Just can't seem to get the military wanderlust out my blood. All of my family except for Linda live relatively close. If anyone is interested in contacting Patty, Kenny or Linda just let me know. None of them have e-mail at home.

Graduated High School overseas in Rota, Spain. Kinda different not having reunions but still keep in contact with a couple friends.
College

Workplace
I've worked for the government (as a civilian) for the last 23 years doing a variety of things. I went from Subase Bangor, Wa to the Naval Supply Center San Diego and then back to Bangor in the 80's. Late 80's I went from the Navy to the Army Recruiting Command (Ft. Sheridan, IL) then moved to the Army Corps of Engineers in Rock Island, IL. Jan of 04 I transferred back to Washington state with the Walla Walla District Corps of Engineers. I happened to be in the right place at the right time in 1991 when the Corps' environmental program was gearing up and they were looking for volunteers. Went back to school and got a Associates degree in Hazardous Materials Technology and wound up with a career! I'm currently working at Lower Monumental Dam on the Snake River as the Environmental Compliance and Safety Officer for the project.
