Life
Hi ol Friends, updated 11/2008 I live in upstate NY since 1976.I live in the country. I have one son Shannon, 27 yrs old. He is married to a lovely girl and they made me a Grandma I have two beautiful Grandchildren. Blonde hair and big brown eyes like their Daddy.They are precious !
For several years I was a Foster Parent and enjoyed being one very much.
Where I live is so nice, up in the country where we have all kinds of wild animals, deer, fox, turkeys, owls, eagles, hawks, all kinds of beautiful birds, racoons etc, occassional bear.
We are approx 20 minutes from Saratoga Springs and the beautiful race tracks over there and Lake George just up north a ways from Saratoga. Vermont a half hour to the east.
If any of you knew my brother Andy at age 48 he passed away 11/3/04 suddenly. He had a heart attack due to complications from Diabetes. My sisters and I miss him so much! He always had a
joke to tell and he never complained about his illness.
I miss the ocean, Island Park, my family and friends.I can't visit as often as I would like. I have a terminal illness and it starting to get worse... Being from Long Island I do not miss the traffic & extream high cost of living down there. You all should start to boycot those high rents and food prices, wow!

m school. Favorite teacher in High School, Mr.Dapolito,Social Studies, he also was my Driver Ed Instructor.(I became a Driving Instructor, and taught professional driving for over 7 years in Schenectady,NY.)
In elementary school,Mrs.Helen Murtha 5th Grade,& Mrs.Mauer 6th grade Traffaga Rd side of the school.
Our field trip to the Worlds Fair in Flushing.
On the other side of the building Jr High School, Mr.Ed Kropp, Business Math(funny remembrance;He said one day: Ya know Trees are green (as he was looking at student Candy Green), she got real ticked and yelled, my name is not Theresa Green, he said NO! I said Trees are green ) we all had too laugh, other teachers from Lincoln Orens Jr High I remember (so many),Mr.Robinson, Mrs.Moss, Mr.Marchese, Mr.Whalen, Mr.Engle,Mrs.D'Amato, Mr.Maze, the nurse Ms Kiloren,Mr.Minkle, Life Science(remember on 6/6/66 in class he said you will not write a date like that until 7/7/77)(when you yawn,it's due to lack of oxygen) and some others I can't remember right now.
I was 14 years old then. (I had a crush on Mr.Minkle, What girl didn't!).
Junior High were my favorite years in school! (^_^) Bye!
