Life After high school I spent a few years in college at Colorado State University. Eventually I moved out to the Seattle area. I worked for a floral shop that did party arrangements for the Seattle Sonics, Mariners and Seahawks. Free tickets! It was a great time. I met my husband, Mark when I came back to Colorado Springs in the early 80's. We got married in 1986 and I was 31 at the time. So, I'm a late bloomer, but I wouldn't change a thing. Mark was stationed at Peterson AFB at the time. Since we've been married, we've lived in (at least) eight states and in the Netherlands for three years. While there we traveled extensively all over Europe. Mark retired from the Air Force and was hired by a large international company; we relocated to Tucson. We are kid-less by choice.
