Life: Well, here I am. 3 beautiful grandkids who fill up most of my days. I escape to my studio in Wisconsin (Gramma's Workshop) As often as I can run off, to work on my mini business...create faces, etc. My website, a work in progress, always. (my name with a .com after it) My best stress relief. The only downside to a cottage hidden away in the woods, is shoveling out when we get a heavy snow, thank goodness for snow plows. A great advantage is all the wildlife. Coffee with God's creatures, heaven. Karl and I are still very happily married, 35 plus years now, where does the time go? We take cruises every other year, it takes that long to save up the money, not all of us are well to do...what's retirement? Who knows if we will really ever see it, so we make the best of life day by day. We attend the NMRA convention every year, getting to see places I probably would have missed other wise. In 2006 it was Philadelphia, it's 2007 and we went to Detroit, next year is Anaheim, CA. Karl loves his trains and I sure do enjoy the large dirty steam engines (well, they aren't all dirty)...the smell is a blast from the past!
