child.". Lord Baden Powell who started Boy Scouts in 1910 said this. After the Navy got married had a son and got involved in Scouting. I gave 20 years as a leader, 15 as a Scoutmaster. I had one of the more successful Troops. I helped 17 young men earn the rank of Eagle. Started with a small group of 7 and grew to at times to as many of 45 and through the years we all grew up and matured in many ways.
