Thom's Story

During high school I used to run around with Mike Hobart, Dave, Tom and Butch Wheeler, and Craig Schroeder and few other good friends. After I graduated, I joined the Air Force and stayed in for 20 years and retired in 1987. Got married in 1976 for second time and have been with Melody for 36 years now. Have three kids: 2 girls and 1 boy. Had a daughter from previous marrage that passed away in California in 2010, age 35. Moved around for a bit living in California, Mich, and now live in Brighton, Co. I currently work as Maintenance Tech for Adams County Gov't but I'm fixing to retire on 26 Oct 2011. Wife and I plan to visit people and do...Expand for more
some camping and fishing and whatever we feel we want to do. I'm very lucky cause I have survived 5 heart attacks and 2 bouts with cancer. I thank the good lord for giving me more time on this earth with my family. Sorry I didn't make it back for last reunion but just had too much going on. Hope I'm around for next one. 10 Aug 2016. Well, won't make it back for 50th reunion. Wife was diagnosed with cancer 4 weeks ago and she is currently going thru chemo till last week Sept and then have surgery to remove a tumour and then three more months chemo. Maybe I'll make it back to next one. Hope you all have fun and a great time. Bless you all.
