Where to start after all this time? I left Virginia in 1976 and moved to Louisiana, stayed about six years, spending part of that time in Florida. I moved to Washington state about 1982 and I've been here ever since. Married since 1977, two daughters and one granddaughter, (so far). r for the last fifteen years or so. This week, (end of May, 2015), I came back to Virginia for the first time since I left, and hooked up with some long lost friends. Some I didn't get to see, not enough time to locate everyone. Thomas Wolfe said you can't go home again. Yes, you can. It will be different, but it will still be home. I have to admit, I didn't realize how much I've missed that Virginia drawl.
