Thomas's Story
I always wanted to be a police officer or a fireman when I grew up and some of my teachers thought I would have a lot of contact with the police if you know what I mean.
As it turns out,I spent fifteen years as a police officer detective,watch commander for a local department in Los Angeles County. I had to retire early from an on duty injury. I opened a small chain of Video stores that I sold in 1984. I then started a Private Investigation Security business that I ran until 1990 when I sold it. I took a year off bought a motorhome and and did some traveling until I got tired of it and had to get back to regular job again. I opened up a towing company and started towing for five differnt police departments. I did that for five years until one day a guy came in and offered me a lot of cash for it. d do next. I decided to do something I liked that would involve motorcycles. I opened an after market Harley Davidson shop in Rancho Cucamonga Calif.
I involved my whole family and actually made some money at at it. When I could keep myself from taking parts out of inventory to put on my personal Harleys. After five years of the Harley business I decided to retire and enjoy myself and thats what I'am still doing at least for now. After 30 plus years of marriage my wife informs me she doesn't want to be married anymore. So for the past four years I have been in and out of court trying to get things ended.
She wants to put me back to work for her but I don't think so. Looking forward to riding my Harleys and enjoying the time I have left here. , I have been blessed and I know it. See you on the road someday my friends. Be Blessed and Look To Him Fore-all you need. Tom Fore Class of 1965.
