Thomas's Story
Life
I work as a satellite mapping designer for a large internet mapping company in Central Florida. I am also an amateur comedian. I am married and have a 8 year old daughter named Cassandra. (We call her Cassie). She has red hair and blue eyes and is the cutest thing on the planet. We currently live in Ocala, FL. We have an almost new house and a brand new in-ground pool, which is where Cassie and I spend a great deal of time.
School
I enjoyed high school in general. I had a lot of good friends and had some really good times. The most fun I had, though, was laughing at those certain people who thought I was on drugs and drank a lot. The honest truth is that I only drank maybe three beers the whole time I was in high school and I never even tried drugs until college. Neither drugs nor drinking really did anything for me. had long hair, people just assumed the worst. I must admit that I did egg them on from time to time, but it was fun watching them make asses of themselves and not even notice.
Military
I joined the Army Reserve when I was a junior in high school. I did Basic Training at Ft. Dix, New Jersey between my junior and senior year. I volunteered several times for Desert Storm, but was denied because I was still in high school. After graduation, I transferred from Reserve to full time Army. I was stationed at Ft. Lee, Virginia, Co. U, 262nd Qm Bn. My main job was refueling attack helicopters. I also drove a fuel truck and offloaded bulk fuel from ships. Due to almost constant expsoure to fumes, I developed a strong allergic reaction to fuels and strong chemicals. After spending a while in the hospital, I was given a medical discharge. That sucks because the Army was all I ever wanted to do.
