Thomas's Story

Life Well, left Sayville and bounced around colleges a bit. Joined the navy in 1971 and became a Russian Linguist. Served overseas from 1972-1977 and served on 6 different submarines. Came home and graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Political Scince/Russian. Worked at the NSA until 1980 and then left the service and went to work on Wall Street as a trader. From 1981-1990 I worked in NY and then took a year off, went to Florida and eventually came back in the business in 1992 and have been working in Milwaukee since then. The weather out here isn't the best but I travel a lot to the West Coast for business to get a break. I've been married since 1996 to a great lady (Kathy) and we now have 3 dogs (ULY-a golden retriever, DUTCH and Sadie-two cocker spaniels). ked me into doing a triathlon and have been competing ever since. Four years ago I tried my first Ironman Triathlon and the next year qualified for the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. To date I have raced inover 75 triathlons and 6 Ironman races and hope to qualify again for the big one in Hawaii in October. Other than that all is well and hope someone remembers me and would like to drop me a line. I haven't been to any of my reunions but really want to make this one.
