Thom is from Detroit, Michigan. Thom's schools include Cousino High School. Thom later attended Michigan State University - (Master's in Criminal Law, Forensic Science, Law Enforcement) . Thom is the owner of K-9 Search And Rescue Of Southeastern Michigan.. Dog handler and trainer for over 25-years working with Rottweilers, Pit bulls, German Shepherds. Worked for the Ferndale Police Department for over 8-years. Reservist for the Macomb County Sheriff Department K-9 Unit. U.S. Coast Guard Reservist for 6-years.
