Thomas's Story
The Day I Graduated from High School I Enlisted in the US NAVY I spent four years and was discharged with having no place to go. I stayed in Manhattan Luckily for my Wife and I we Met and Fell in Love and we got married on May 18th 1962. (Just Celebrated our 47th Anniversary). In 1962 I worked for 3 Years for Liotta Bros Bakery delivering Italian Bread in the Bronx and Manhattan. I then Changed to working in Shanvilla Market in Manhattan and became Manager for 25 years.
January 14th 1963, My oldest Son Victor Thomas Murphy was Born, On August 7, 1965 My 2nd Son John Christopher Murphy was born, Then April 14, 1969 My First and Oldest Daughter Lori Marie Murphy- Aliberti was Born, Then March 1...Expand for more
1, 1975 my 2nd Daughter Kristina Marie Murphy- Viruet was born, Then my last and youngest daughter Kelly Marie Murphy was born January 12, 1979. During this time we Lived in the Manhattan then moved to the Bronx NY for 10 years, then we moved to Tarrytown where we resided and Raised our Children (33 Years). After Leaving the Market in 1988 .I started Working in Proftech LLC a Office Supply Co and became supervisor.
In January of 1986 A tragedy struck our family My Son John Christopher Murphy died, in a freak accident while on his job.
My wife and my family are the most important part of my life. Life gives you ups and downs and throws thing at you, But Love endures everything.
