Thomas's Story
Transferred from St. Clement's to All Saints in January 1951 when we moved from Lansdowne to Woodmoor. Attended Milford Mill HS and graduated in 1961. Attended UC as a co-op student in aerospace engineering and graduated in 1966. Went west to work in the Apollo Program with Douglas Astronautics in Huntington Beach, CA and helped put men on the moon. Travelled across country to work in MA at Itek doing rec...Expand for more
onnaissance systems work and later entered the nuclear power industry. Went to work in SF, spent a year in Spain, returned to work in SF through 1985, then moved east again to Beaver, PA still working in nuclear power. A series of contract assignments took me to NC, MD, VA, CT, eastern PA, and recently to SC. I'm trying to be retired now, but may have enough energy and interest to do "just one more job."
