Thomas's Story
When I got out high school I had NO idea of who I was or what I wanted to be. Today this is who I am.
Husband, father, grandfather and friend. I have wonderful personal relationships with my family and friends. I love to be in a natural setting, sitting quietly, observing nature and being alone with my thoughts. I love to think!
I have had many jobs, but it's not like you might think, I conquered and excelled at each profession and moved on to the next just for my own personal growth.
In 1973 I found my true passion in martial arts after seeing Bruce Lee in the movie "Enter th...Expand for more
e Dragon." I have been practicing these arts ever since.
Today I teach the physical, mental, emotional, philosophical and spiritual attributes of martial arts and life to my students.
For health, fitness and conditioning I teach Kettlebell Resilience Training. For Street Self-Defense I teach Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do and for Sport Competition I coach Mixed Martial Arts (cage fighting). I trained the very first lightweight MMA champion in Pennsylvania.
I am man the explorer, I place no limitations on myself. I am confident!
I can't wait to get up in the morning! Life is Great!
