Dr. T.J. ROSANDICH
T.J. Rosandich, Ed.D is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the United States Sports Academy which is known around the world as ÂAmericaÂs Sports UniversityÂ. In addition to having general administrative oversight responsibility for the Academy, he is specifically responsible for technology and the AcademyÂs extensive international programs.
Dr. Rosandich rejoined the staff at the AcademyÂs main campus in 1994 after spending nine years in Saudi Arabia where he served as the General Manager of Saudi American Sports, a sport services company which had over 120 coaches on contract to serve a variety of clients in the Kingdom. Dr. Rosandich also served in other roles during his long stay in the Middle East. These included the development of sports programs in the Arabian Gulf region and as the Advisor to the Minister of Youth and Sports in Bahrain. He has also presented on sports topics, most notably on sports marketing, facilities, technology and sports management in numerous foreign countries including Bahrain, Brazil, Botswana, China, Egypt, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Monaco, Panama, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland and Thailand.

also served as a sports facilities consultant having spent two years with the American Institute for Sport Design and has contributed to a textbook on the same topic. As a faculty member at the AcademyÂ, teaches courses in Sports Facilities, Sport Finance, Operations and Maintenance of Sports Facilities, Sports Marketing, Public Relations and Promotions and the application of computer technology to sports management among other general sport management courses.
Dr. Rosandich is involved in civic and social organizations including the Executive Board of the Mobile (Alabama) Sports Commission; the Commission on Sport Management and Administration of the International Council for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Sport and Dance (ICHPER-SD); the International Sport for All Federation (FISpT); the Education Committee of the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA); U.S. Distance Learning Association (USDLA)and Mobile United. He is also a member of a Mardi Gras society and has been named the ÂAlumni of the Year by the United States Sports Academy; his doctoral alma mater.
Dr. Rosandich resides in Fairhope, Alabama on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, is a divorcee and has two children.
