Thomas's Story
Life
I stayed in Florida till 1964 and then I moved back to the Milwaukee area where my other (3) brothers lived and been here ever since.
Once here, I worked for 23 years for the Falk Corporation, a major gear manufacturing company. I started as a machine operator and did that for (3) years and then in then in the Manufacturing Engineering division for the last 20 years. With deep cuts in the workforce they finally got to me in 1987. Worked for (2) major banks and an international chemical com and retired from it on Feb 29,2012.'
Kind of have led enjoyable regular kind of life.
My wife and I were married in 1968. I have been married to the same wonderfull woman over 44 years now. We had (8) years together before our first child came along. We had our first daughter n 1976, and had our 2nd daughter in 1979. Our older daughter who is married and here has given us (2) ...Expand for more
grandsons, the oldest born in 1994.
I really have had very little contact with students that I went to school with. I did one time come in contact with Bob Easter when I contacted a Funeral Home in Gulfport that I had worked in till I moved to the Milwaukee area and he was the Funeral director of name on the home.
Also Lacy Dunnigan, then know as Lacy Wells lives in a suburb of Milwaukee as do we and I run into her occasionally. Her older brother moved here in the early sixties, since he was a friend of my second oldest brother and then she moved up here in the late 60s or early 70's.
Another person that I visited for a few years was Gary Gicking, who's family live in Kenneth City as did my parents till 1997, when our mother moved to Milwaukee following the death of our father in late 1995. She passed in October 1999.
Kind of have led enjoyable regular kind of life.
