Thomas's Story
Life
Hi everyone! After graduating from IKE,
I spent 10 years in Houghton, MI earning
a B.S. in computer science at MTU and
then working full time in the computer
center. I moved out here to Sunnyvale,
CA in 1996 and am currently employed as
a software engineer for Sun Microsystems.
I was finally able to purchase ...Expand for more
my first
house in September 1999. Monthly payments
are slightly less than 10 times what I
was paying to rent a 2BR apartment in
Michigan. Ouch!
One thing I find fascinating about the
San Francisco bay area is the abundance
of so many interesting cultures. It's
really unfortunate that Michigan does
not have this.
