Education: Emory University (BBA), Boston University School of Law (JD), NYU Law School (LL.M.). Assistant Corporation Counsel, NYC. Deputy County Attorney, Nassau County, NY. In private practice 1975 through 2003. Retired in 2003.
I married Donna Zimmerman in 1967. She was educated at Smith College (1964-1967), NYU (BA 1968), and Columbia University (MLS 1969).
Jessica was born in 1970 and educated at Cornell University (BA and BFA 1992), and Ohio University (MA 2002). She is a photo-journalist living in San Francisco and she teaches at San Francisco City College.

born in 1975 and also educated at Cornell University (BS 1997, MRP 1998), and NYU (MS Real Estate 2000). He is a real estate developer and lives with his wife Robyn in Port Washington, Long Island, NY.
Upon retirement, we began to split our time between summers on Long Island and winters in Boca Raton. In the late 1990's I re-discovered golf having played when I was a teenager at Crestmont Country Club. I continue my life-long hobby of "ham" radio. Donna is also a licensed "ham" and a golfer. She is also a professional book group facilitator, leading book discussion groups in NY and Florida.
