Life
Currently serving in US Army (12 years). Attending Physician's Assistance Course in San Antonio Texas.
Military
Basic Training 93, AIT San Antonio Texas as an Operating Room Technician. Fort Gordon Ga for the next 6 years with a stint in Honduras for 6 months after Hurricane Mitch. Attended Officer Candidate School for Air Defense Artillery Jan - May 2000, attended Officer Basic Course June - Oct 00. Stayed in El Paso Texas after schooling and immediately flew to Saudi Arabia for 6 months Jan - Jul 01. Back to El Paso for a while, then went to Korea from Sep 02-Sep 03. talion level Tactics Officer for 6 months, then 6 months as an Executive Officer of a Headquarters and Headquarters Troop (6th Cavalry) of an Apache Attack Helicopter unit. While in Korea, put in a packet for the Physician's Assistant program. Upon stepping off the plane from Korea,was put in a Combat Support Hospital (because of my PA packet, and b/c I had adjutant experience). Two months later, I was on a plane to Iraq. Served as the Hospital Adjutant of the 31st Combat Support Hospital in Baghdad, Iraq from 7 Jan 04 to 7 Jan 05. Since then,I've been in San Antonio prepping for the PA program.
