Life
My Spouse
Angie is my 2nd wife. I met her when I hired her to work for me, which lasted all of a year or so - but we remained friends. Seven and a half years and thousands of miles later, we were married.
My Pets
Scamp is my baby. He's a Cairn Terrier with some ShihTzu mixed in. That means he looks like Toto, but with shorter legs. Jazz was rescued in early 2009, and she is a beagle with coonhound legs. Like Snoopy on stilts!
My Kids
As of summer 2010: Christopher is now 24, Valerie is 22, and Collin is 18. From my second marriage, Matt is 14 and Parker is 11.
My Job
If you've seen the upscale apartments in Dallas, just on the other side...Expand for more
of the Woodall-Rogers freeway from the Meyerson Symphony Hall, you've seen part of what I've done since college. I was the Controller for the company that built those properties. Since then, I got into the insurance industry and have developed a background in statutory reporting. I now own my own business as a consultant.
My Music
If you know me, you wouldn't really think I would set that completely aside, would you? I still play French horn in orchestras and chamber groups, and I have also taught songwriting for the Nashville Songwriters Association International. At any given time, I have a few songs that I'm getting ready to pitch to publishers.
