Tim's Story
Life
Well, I'm a divorced father of two wonderful boy's. They both live with me full time, Cole my oldest will be 4 in November, and Colin my youngest will be 3 in March. I also have a 24 year old adopted daughter and 2 grandchildren from my first marriage.
I just recently got back together with my Junior High Sweetheart, I'll let you think about that one for a bit...lol. God is Good. We have been together for about 6 months now. Life is so much brighter today because of her. I am truly blessed.
I am the Building Manager for the Lake Hospital Systems Professional Buildings. I Love my job and everyone I work with.
In my not so distant past, I had the pleasure of playing with Ted Ryzer and the Marshal Band for about 5 years, was able to play the biker circut and truly had a blast.
After Ted, I got involved with an ALL Original music project called "FISHWATER" We played mostly JamBand music, with strong influences of Widespread Panic, Ekoostik Hookah, Phish and The Greatful Dead. I was the percussionist and the Sax player. We traveled the country for a bit, and even got t...Expand for more
o play at the Bethel Music Fest, right around the corner from Woodstock. I must say there was nothing like it. Unfortunately we all went our seperate ways, WOW what a waste, we finally made it and somehow lost our way. Egos and attitudes broke us up. If I had one wish it would be to reunite with the original members of "FISHWATER" and try again! I have never played with more talented musicians in my life.
Curently I am running sound for a Contempoary Christian Band called "Crosswalk" from Advent Lutheran Church, in Mentor Oh. But secretly still hoping to play again soon.
The Picture on my page is my Percussion Kit......2 full sets of Congas, (and bongos), Octabans, DW Roto Toms, DW Timbales, 13 cymbals, Treework chimes, Wuuhan Gong, and lots of little stuff you can't really see. My horn is a 1941 King Tennnor Saxophone, named Marcy, after a friend who gave it to me when I played with Ted Ryzer. It looked like it was ran over by a semi, totally flat, I sent it out and had it reconditioned, and it is ABSOLUTLY BEAUTIFUL! And sounds awesome too.
Peace, and more later........
