Tim Mulkey:  

Life Married Dawn Johnson, our valedictorian, in 1977 then moved to SoCal to finish college. Graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in '79 with a Business Degree, then got commissioned in the Army through ROTC as a Transportation Officer. Dawn also went into the Army as a Personnel Officer (her degree was in Psychology from Pitzer College). We were stationed in Central Texas for about 3 years, then Germany where we had our first son, Miles Timothy, in '84. Shortly after returning to the states, in Newport News, VA, we had our first daughter, Marisa Dawn, in '86, and Dawn came off active duty. We were in NN for 3yrs then moved to Virginia Beach, VA. We had our 2nd daughter in '88, Marin Elizabeth and I came off active duty in '92. I've stayed in the Reserves in order to get my retirement, though I'm only now in my 20th good year. It would take too much to explain, but I'm enjoying putting on my uniform once a month and "playing army". In '98, and at age 40, we had twin boys, Mitchell Aaron and Marshall Benjamin. They have been a blast and are keeping us young. I enjoy coaching all their sports activities and conversing with them about professional and college sports. Except for the first 6 months of their lives, I have been home with them until they started school a few years ago (another long story I won't go in to at this point).
