Tim's Story
Life
As with many of you, my life has been full of so many well traveled roads. High school is like a movie I have seen so many times I know all the scenes, all the lines but it wasn't really me.
From high school I went off to Southern Oregon State in Ashland. Playing water polo and swimming, partying, oh yeah and going to class. Ashland was a trip to say the least.
First married in 83, then divorced in 88 no kid's with her thank God. I spent years coaching swimiming all over the Northwest. In 90 I got remarried to a wonderful woman. Yes we are stilled married.

One thing I can say about my high school days is it taught me how to enjoy all kinds of foods. As many also learned what true passion for food means right along with me, now It makes sense "High School". "Dude! now I get it!"
Long story short. I am now the executive chef/coordinator for the Culinary Arts program at Umpqua Community College, in Roseburg. Where I live with My wife Jody our three very cool kid's Taylor full blast 14, Talya a mature 10 and Sara the cutest 13 months.
