Rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated!
Hey kids,
The boring details;
I am now a senior computer support analyst for a fortune 1000 company centered out of Dallas but I work out here in dry Riverbed, which is where I grew up. I also became a State of California licensed Real Estate Appraiser, holding a current trainee level license, great timing on that one. I have no children but have mixed emotions about never having them. Kids having kids, hence my apprehension. I was in a modern rock cover band and had been for several years, but we seldom play any more. I loved playing in front of people. When we played we rocked out and had a bit of a following. Twas fun amigos.
I really enjoy making my friends laugh so I guess you could say I am a bit of a comedian. Sometimes my jokes are groaners but that can be funny too. RIGHT? Ahem, I thought you would agree.
I like water sports such as riding Sea-Doo, water skiing, snorkeling, swimming, and shark wrestling. I like hiking but hiking near water is better. I have dabbled in photography and digital art and have seve...Expand for more
ral pieces I have shown publicly, until that is they noticed I had hung them and threw me and them out.
I like animals of all kinds. I am more of a cat person but as of late have been warming up to dogs too. On the flip side dogs seem to generally want to rip my throat out, so that will take a bit more work on their part. I believe they will come around.
I like music, classic rock is my favorite but lots of good stuff exists from most every genera. Sorry, rap is not music. But it's rap RIGHT? Not that there's anything wrong with that. I worked at two major concert venues until recently (they couldn't keep me off the stage so they had to let me go), enjoying talking with lots of people and seeing many bands. I like going to see movies, comedy clubs, I like traveling to new places, and good restaurants too. I like the beach and ocean mucho. Camping once in a while is cool, but I also like to stay in nicer hotels when vacationing. I love good food, but I also like to stay in shape. So I eat small portions of good food and work out when I can.
