Tim's Story
let's see, after figuring out that college couldn't help me advance my knowledge of the real world i took off for oregon. finding nothing in the southern region of that state i came back.
i had an interesting 5 years in grand juction. all i came away with was what not to take and a knack for the culinary arts.
figuring there must be something in the north of oregon i gave western culinary institute a try. that was nice for...Expand for more
a year and then i cut my teeth in the real world of kitchen debauchery. worked my way up to chef de cuisine in four years and then had the bright idea to move to denver to join my friend tige and a white tablecloth italian joint.
things didn't work too well with the job but i did have a strapping son with one of our classmates. came back to g.j. knowcked around at a few places and ended up catering in the natural gas industry.
