Timothy's Story
Life
Hi everyone, I sure hope that all of you are o.k., this is what i have been up to since graduation.
buried my father after graduation in August 79. I did have a try out with cubbies scheduled for fall of same year but I lost my will for success at that time. I joined the military, when I got out I bounced around on jobs, and playing ball seven nights a week.
At 25 I decided to go to diesel driving school to become of course a truck driver. Graduated their in top 5% of class and got a local driving job hauling meat out of the packing house. After a year I met my a mighty fine woman and got hitched July of 87 and am still married to that wonderful spouse. I have one son who was in the military and fought in Operation Iraqi freedom. Since his return to states and four year tour got over he and his wife to be have given us our first grand child in October of 06. Alexander and he is such a chip off the old block if you know what I mean and cute too.
Someday I will get to putting up pics, when I get a new sca...Expand for more
nner or disk of old pics to enter on system so I can share with all of you. I am sorry I did not make any reunions but I am looking forward to hopefully getting to the next one and seeing a few of you there.
In the mean time I still drive trucks and travel all 48 states and let me tell you we live in such a beautiful country that we should fight for and protect it from getting destroyed by whatever means. Seeing the devastation after Katrina, hauling goods there just two days after makes me grateful and thankful for Iowa. seeing the fires from the Interstates as I headed west out of Missoula,Mt to seeing the fire destroy so much in California's high dessert and the other corridor, knowing that home is a great place to return to. heck even seeing Mt. St. Helens Steaming was awesome. I have shared these type of adventures with my retired mother, wife and son. Someday to show this all to my grandchild will be my next sweet experience, just to share the beauty of life will give me the gratitude to die a happy man.
