Timothy's Story
Life
Hey everyone! Wow, just thinking back over the years, I've been busy. Several homes, 2 kids, a few dogs, and many businesses later here I am: El Dorado Hills, CA.
I have a beautiful daughter from my previous wife, Lexine. Madison was born in 1986, and is currently attending University of Nevada, Reno. I can't believe she is turning 21 soon! I can't believe she's almost drinking age. And then there's my son, 11 years old.
My son is named for me, TJ (Tim Junior); I couldn't change my wife's mind on that. My wife, Lisa, is really something, god bless her for putting up with me. After several years together we needed a change and ended up moving to Lisa's home state, Arkansas.
Even though it was incredibly nice having a condo on a lake, I missed California very much. Even though my business, Housedoctors, was doing well, we wanted to be back in California. I wanted to be close to my family. My brother and sister were still out here with all of their families. Rita is here visiting almost every weekend. Roger comes to visit with his family almost every holiday. ItÂs great to be back!
So that brings me here, El Dorado Hills. We've been here for 2 years now. My son does a good job in school, he is very bright! Loves b...Expand for more
aseball, he made the majors and was the youngest on the team! My daughter, who has mostly lived in a different state than me, just moved out on her own. She is a junior at UNR and loving life! Lisa is a stockbroker for Smith Barney, been there for 18 years, and works very hard.
Lisa and I have been together for over 12 years now, and she is the love of my life! We enjoy spending time on our boat, and visiting Napa Valley as often as possible.
Me, well I'm working for Eagle Shield. First time in a very, very long time I haven't been the boss. I went from running a mobile sweeping business, Piazza Mobile Sweeping, to Parrot bay Pools, and then to Housedoctors. I must say its nice not to have to worry about payroll, advertising and everything else that goes with owning your own business.
In highschool I restored an old VW bug with my dad, Jerry. My dad has since past. I was pretty young, just 26. My mom lived to the long healthy age of 82, staying with us every weekend up til the end. In 2001 my mom past away. I miss both my parents very much.
Restoring the VW spurred my interest in collecting cars. Since then I have collected a few good cars, my two favorite would have to be my 65 Shelby Cobra, and my original 67 GT 500!
