Life
Education:
Graduated EHHS 1963. Attended Central Connecticut State College 1963-67. Graduated University of Maine at Portland, Jan. 1973, B.A. English. Individual classwork in journalism, University of Maryland, 1977. Course in principles of management, Old Dominion University (via Program for Afloat College Education), 1979.
Military Service:
Enlisted U. S. Navy Feb. 1968, served aboard six ships and six shore commands, completed numerous service schools. Retired March, 1991 as Chief Journalist qualified in surface warfare.
Civilian Employment:
Employed by U. S. Postal Service since June 26, 1993. Retired June 27, 2012.
Family:
Married to former Penny Ann Poisson of Windsor, Connecticut since Oct. 19, 1974.
