Tina's Story
Hello. I am Tina (Iannarone) Kelly and I am blessed to live with my husband Shawn and our 3 daughters in Huntington, CT. Our daughters are 23, 20, and 17. I worked as a chemist for over 25 years, only part time after my first daughter was born in 1993. Shawn is a residential contractor with a degree in architecture and has been self-employed since we got married in 1987. All word of mouth - he is a master craftsman, the best, and a wonderful person - I hit the jackpot!
I now work part time from home as a patient advocate for a non-profit company, MiraKind. I work with the founder, a brilliant doctor, MD and Ph.D., who discovered a gene mutation associated with breast and ovarian cancer. She...Expand for more
is a compassionate, inspiring woman of the highest integrity, trying her best to help woman prevent cancer. She funds the company in addition to her other position at UCLA - I always say the only good thing about me having cancer was that I got to become her friend. She is mentoring our girls in their pursuit to be physicians.
Sadly, my parents sadly are both in heaven but I see my sister and brother and their families all the time which makes me happy. I still see Linda Patavino, Nancy Fabrizi, Nancy Schmedlin, and the now world famous Judy and Joy Izzo, who are on TV regularly. God has been watching over and with His help, I am still trying to follow Jesus as best I can. Best to all,
