Tina's Story
My life has been a series of trials and tribulations that without the support of my husband of 19 years and the hand of GOD guiding me I would not have made it.
I have been married to my husband Walter for 19 years. We have 6 kids between us, 19 grandchildren, a 30 year mortgage, and enough stress to buckle an elephant, but we have each other and we are doing it together.
I had a problem with my weight - I blossomed to an end weight of 298 pounds. With the encouragement of all of my friends and family, I decided to have the gastric bypass surgery. I am proud to say I now weigh 170 and dan...Expand for more
g proud of it. I am not thin, but I am just right for where I need to be.... It was a hard road, but one that needed to be travelled.
I live in the country - the city became too much. I needed the peace and quiet that comes with seeing the stars. I have a 5 bedroom double wide on 2 acres of land.... trailer yes, but a really good one... Everyone says it is a manufactured home - I tell them if they rolled it in, set it up, and took off the axle, it is still a trailer. I don't mind, I love my house, my land, and my freedom from the city,
