Tina's Story
As many know, I was married in senior year of high school. I got pregnant shortly after graduation. I had a girl, Nekoda,in March of '89, and then in November of '90, I had a boy, Dathan. I stayed in Monticello until my divorce in '94. I then moved to Delphi and worked at Peters-Revington Furniture factory for a year. I married again during that time and have been married to Marty for 14 years now. We moved to Lafayette in '95, and bought our house in '97, living here ever since. ld in August of '08- a boy, Averi. I love being a grandma and see Averi whenever I can.
My parents moved to Florida, so I go there as much as possible. I am content to just lay on the beach. But, we have been trying to travel to other places when we vacation. We went to NYC a year ago and LOVED it! We saw 2 Broadway shows(Les Miserables and Hairspray) that were really good. Since we went in the winter, I want to return in the spring or summer, when all the trees and flowers are pretty in Central Park. We have also been on 2 cruises-the best being out of California on Royal Caribbean. It was fantastic, and the food was outstanding!
