Tina's Story

Well, let's see...After high school, I did go to Surry Community College for 2 years. Although it seems that I couldn't stay away from my then boyfriend, now husband, long enough to finish. We were married in 1994 and this year will celebrate our 14 year anniverary. I think that is a accomplishment in itself! We have 2 great kids, Jessica (11) and Brody (9). I work full time. Keeping a family and a full time job keeps me really busy! Other than that, I guess my life is pretty boring, but I'm happy! Update...9-1-2013 Kids are growing too fast and Brent ...Expand for more
goes and dies on us leaving me with 2 teenagers to finish raising. Been fighting depression but holding up fairly well considering. Still working full time 12 hour shifts which not working out to well now that it just me and the kids. Looking for something with a little better hours...we will see. Brent died on April 25, 2013. We would have been married 19 years this year although we have been together since we were 16 so that's 26 years we were together. Jessica (11th) and Brody (9th) are both in high school this year at Forbush and doing rather well.
