Tina is from Biscoe, North Carolina. Tina is married with Larry Kissell. Tina's schools include Wyomissing Area High School. Tina later attended Juniata College (Social Psychology and Counseling), Wake Forest University (Sociology), Bucknell University, and UNC-Greensboro where she earned her Doctorate in Ed Leadership and Cultural Foundations.
