Todd's Story
After graduating from TJ in 1988, I continued my education at Northeast Missouri State University in Kirksville, MO. I received my B.S. in Justice Systems in 1993 and started my law enforcement career as a police officer with the Kirksville Police Department.

rol for the majority of my time on night shift. I was promoted to Sergeant in 2003 and am currently assigned to UPB as a shift supervisor. I have been a member of the SWAT team since 1999 and am also a Team SNIPER.
I married my wife in May of 1996 and we have two boys. They enjoy playing sports and video games. I spend the majority of my spare time coaching and chasing them around.
