Todd's Story

I grew up in Fox Point, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I'm married, have two children, and now live in Phoenix/Paradise Valley, Arizona. After high school, I attended University of Wisconsin-Madison, as an undergraduate (graduating Phi Beta Kappa, with an Honors Program degree) and University of Pennsylvania for law school and graduate school. working for a number of years in well-known law firms, and ultimately leaving to found what is now known as the law firm Franks & McVey, P.C., where I practice primarily family law and domestic tort law. I'm honored to be listed in Best Lawyers in America. I've had the pleasure of some public service, including tenure as Chair of the City of Phoenix Housing Commission.
