Had to do this to get it on. Wink Wink.
I have a wonderful wife and daughter.
The truck I've always wanted since living on 18th and Alma.
After 15 years in the Warehousing & Logisitics feild and so many hours in class I can't count them, I have a "Finally" attained the "Director" seat for a multi million dollar company, which allows me to provide my family with the luxuries that were missing in the San Pedro Days and after.
My Theory is to better for my kids than I had, and in turn they will do better for theirs, and so on and so on..................
Although I moved to San Diego while attending Dana Jr. High, I have driven back to 18th several times.
The climbing ...Expand for more
tree up the street was gone, thats alright.
After the jerk who lived in front of it covered the branches in grease we couldn't climb it anymore anyway.
Leland St. Elementary looked good. I can still see Mirsad and I screaming our heads off during kick ball,
Waiting in the line for lunch, Mr. Swenk kicking his desk drawer closed when the class got to loud, and yes, sitting in the hall by the water fountain when I was acting up.
All in all I can honestly say that I have no bad memories from that time in life. Summer was great. Walking everywhere, Ports o Call, Western. Playing in the fishing nets hanging from the bleachers at San Pedro High.
I look foward to hearing from everyone who remembers me or that time in their life.
I hope everyone is well and that time has been good to them.
